How to Hide an Avocado in A Smoothie


Happy New Year! Here’s a rich and creamy treat to start your real food resolutions off right. 

I know it can be hard to try new foods, but this is a great way to get the extra fats and nutrients from an avocado without the taste (if you’re not a fan).

There are only 3 ingredients:

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Avocado
  • Almond Milk

Directions: 

Put bananas and avocado in the blender first and fill to 3 cup line with almond milk.

Blend until creamy. Makes 2 servings. Share with a friend!
