I love Asian inspired dishes. This one only took 15 minutes to make and you could easily double the recipe to make a big batch for lunches all week long.
Eating Paleo never needs to be expensive or hard. I got this beef in the discount meat fridge at the supermarket. I already had the spices in my pantry, and the broccoli in my freezer. In total, it cost around $4-5 to make this meal.
- 3/4 lb Beef Steak
- 12 oz bag from broccoli
- 2 TBSP cooking oil (we used avocado)
- 1/5 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp. Sea Salt
Thinly slice the beef. Set aside.
Heat oil in skillet on medium. Add beef, 1 tsp salt and cook until almost done through. Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook until the broccoli is hot through.
