6 Ingredient Paleo Garlic Meatballs

“No recipe should call for 1 clove of garlic. Unless it’s a recipe for a clove of garlic..even then, add 2”.
That’s how we feel about garlic, so in this easy Paleo meatball recipe, we include 8 cloves of garlic. Garlic is great to boost your immune system and it tastes amazing. So enjoy these with our simple pasta sauce and place on zoodles.
1 lb ground beef
8 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons of Basil, chopped
1 onion minced
1 ½ Tablespoons salt
Splash of water
Line sheet pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mince the garlic and onion, then chop the basil. Pour all ingredients into a bowl, and mix together by hand until well combined.
Roll meat mixture into 1.5 inch small round balls and place on a parchment lined pan. Bake for 20 mins @ 350 degrees.
Then remove from oven and add the meatballs to your favorite sauce in a sauce pan on the stove. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes.
